Victim Dungeoneering level: 74 (9/16/11)

In this I'll tell you guys how to do Dungeoneering on this great server!, including strategies and some stuff you need to know.

Introduction to Dungeoneering

Dungeoneering is the brand new skill on Escape Legacy, the objective of this skill is similar to RuneScape, in RuneScape you need to use your skills to make your runes, armor, and open doors until you find the boss door. However in Escape Legacy in each floor is a diferent task.
Getting your Dungeoneering level up, you'll recive "Dung Tokens", with this you will be able to buy things at the shops. In this Guide i'll post my progress on Dungeoneering, i'll put the strategies I used to pass through each floor.

Getting Started

First of all you will need a Ring of Kinship, you can buy one ring for 5,000gp (5K) at the General Store located West of bank. Heres an image:


Now to go and start Dungeoneering click on the Ring's option: Open Party Interface and you will teleport automatly to the starting point.



As you can see there are several shops and a bank so you can guys store all your things plus the ring of kinship.

NOTE: You cannot start Dungeoneering if you do not deposit all your belongs at the bank.

Floors

There are 8 Floors in total in Escape Legacy, each floor have a diferent task and obiusly diferent bosses.

NOTE: If you EXIT in any floor all your progress will be reseted
NOTE2: If you Log-Out inside any floor, your progress will no be reseted {Update of 16/9/11}

Floor 1

Getting Started (NOTE: This floor is diferent from all, here you choose a class, on next floors you wont)

First you need to do is to choose you class, choose one of this three showed in the picture below.


Then lets the Dungeoneering Starts!

Objective:

1.- Kill Shadow Knights until you get the for different coloured keys. (Purple, Crimson, Gold, Blue).
When you get the four differents keys, right click on the option: Search Pillar of Light

2.- Kill the Floor Boss. (Forgotten warrior lvl.97)

To finish the floor, stand by the door (showed in the picture above) to recive XP and some Dung Points.

Reward: 20 Dungeon Points

Floor 2

Objective:

Kill 12 Fear Reapers in total.
Kill Fear Reapers to get 12 kills in total, You don't have a kill counter so count your kills!, after getting 12 kills you'll be able to fight the boss. Walk North of the room and enter the door/cave entrace that In-Game it's called "Exit".
You'll start with 20,000,000 GP (20M) for you to waste on the shop,and 2 mantarays Please be carefull while buying stuff, cause your cash is limited!.

Kill the Floor Boss. (Imp Champion lvl.14 )


To finish the floor, enter to a "Confusing Door".

NOTE: Any door works.

Reward: 30 Dungeon Points

Floor 3

Objective:

Kill Otherworldy Being (lvl.64) until you get the for different coloured keys. (Purple, Crimson, Gold, Blue).
Kill otherworldy beings for keys, but you must be carefull, you just got 2M cash and no food. So from my experience for me, has been dificult. I'll put an strategy I used to pass this floors.

Kill the Floor Boss (Salarin the Twisted lvl.70).


To finish the floor, click on the "Desk"

Reward: 40 Dungeon Points

Floor 4

Objective:

Kill Cockatrice (lvl.37) until you get the for different coloured keys. (Purple, Crimson, Gold, Blue).
Well I used melee vs them, they are easy, just kill them, get the keys and click Enter on the Telekinetic Teleport to enter the boss room.

Kill the Floor Boss (Fareed lvl.167).


To finish the Floor just Walk-Through the door located a the West Wall where Fareed was killed.

Reward: 50 Dungeon Points

Floor 5

Objective:

Kill 16 Menaphite Thug in total.
Kill Menaphite Thugs to get 16 kills in total, You don't have a kill counter so count your kills!, after getting 16 kills you'll be able to fight the boss.

Kill the Floor Boss. (Skeleton Champion lvl.40 )


To finish the floor, use "The Portal".


Reward: 60 Dungeon Points

Floor 6

Objective:

Kill the boss. (Penance Queen lvl.209)
You might be thinking right now... what the hell... its gonna be imposible but no... it's very easy!

After killing the queen enter the "Guthix Portal"

Reward: 70 Dungeon Points

Kill Ankou (lvl.82) until you get the for different coloured keys. (Purple, Crimson, Gold, Blue).

Strategies!

Floor 1

- Choose Magic Class, since you can autocast your spells; 94 Magic recomended.
- To get keys just kill the Shadow Knights, eventually they'll drop the keys, patience is the key.
- To kill the boss, well, no explanation is needed, just Ice Barrage him or anyother spell.

Floor 2

- This floor is quite easy, just go to the shop and buy Melee armour and kill 12 Fear Reapers; If you wish to use magic go ahead, maybe more fast.
- To kill the Imp Champion (lvl.14), you might be laughing right now cause he's 14 combat, but Magic doesn't work against him;just must melee him (I haven't comfirmed if you can kill it with ranged). Be carefull because this little guy have high Hitpoints and he's max hit is: 286 (as far as I know)

Floor 3

- Stategy #1 :: This floor for the first time is dificult, cause you have only 2M cash and no food; so since I think this Otherworldy Beings attack with magic, I bought Paraleather Coif, body and chaps, bought marmaros boots, gloves, rapier and shield. Since you don't have food, I recommend to buy Blood Barrages spells to get hp; buy 50 souls, 100 bloods, and 100 death runes, If you have luck those runes will be enough.
- Strategy #2 :: There's a point in this floor in which you can do SAFE ranging against Otherwolrdy beings, this is the easier way to pass this floor, I wont say the safe spot, you must discover it by yourself. Additional note: This is the easier and cheapest way sice Magic Short bow cost 1k and each bronze arrow 1gp so... Good Luck.
- To kill the boss is simple just use melee and range armor.

Floor 4

- This floor is quite simple, just kill the Cocktrice, I recommend using melee armor (thats what I used), and if you need some Hitpoints well buy some Blood Barrages.
- When I first saw the Boss I was like... OK how the hell am I going to kill this dude; Its dificult but personally I was lucky that time cause I killed it fast, I guess that boss is of fire so... am guessing that using Ice Barrage is a very good way to kill it, but I haven't test it out.

Floor 5

- This floor just use melee armor to kill the Menaphite Thug's and if you need HP same as all the other floors get Blood Barrages, but buy some Ice Barrage's to kill the Boss.
- To kill the boss, I had the oportunity to kill it with Ice Barrage cause the Thug's didn't took me alot hp, so I was able to buy Barrages, just Ice Barrage it, and if you run out of runes melee him.

Floor 6

- Well this floor is the easiest one for me. You need to kill the Penance Queen by using any method...You start with 40M so you imagine what method. Exactly! using Ice Barrage easiest way to kill Queen.

Well since, we're about to realese Escape Legacy v4.2 to the people of Escape Legacy, (to download it and use it, as their own source). This might help people in the future, if they want to train Dungeoneering. Besides that, great work.
